Rep. David Taylor assesses whether Democrats will get their new taxes on KIT

Rep. David Taylor, R-Moxee, discusses the likelihood of new taxes getting passed in the Washington Legislature, answering questions about the Democrats' proposed taxes on carbon and capital gains, and talks about whether any of that money would be used to increase state funding for K-12 education. Joining Lance Tormey and Dave Ettl on KIT, Taylor also comments gun control, potential solutions to school shootings and makes his case against the proposed state ban on bump stock devices, which make it easier to fire rounds more quickly.
