Rep. David Taylor talks about the future of water rights on KIT

Rep. David Taylor, R-Moxee, tackles the question of whether the legislature will find a solution to the water rights issue caused by the Hirst Supreme Court decision on KIT. Taylor also says the Legislature is under no obligation to respond to the state's high court, which recently said lawmakers didn't do enough to fund education in response to its decision on the McCleary case.
