15th District constituents invited to join telephone town hall

Reps. Bruce Chandler and David Taylor are hosting a telephone town hall conversation with constituents on Thursday, May 10 at 6:30 p.m. Residents are invited to call in and listen to the community conversation or ask questions of their own during the hour-long call.

To join the telephone forum, call (877) 229-8493, then enter pin number 15540. To ask a question, enter *[star] then 3 at any time during the call.

“This has been an effective format for us to reach out to those we represent,” said Chandler, R-Granger. “I look forward to hearing from constituents and answering their questions – our goal is to be a resource for them.”

The 15th District representatives recently returned home after a 60-day regular session and 31 days of special sessions in Olympia.

“Now is a great time for us to connect back home and have a frank discussion about the problems in Olympia and how we can solve them,” said Taylor, R-Moxee. “I hope we have many callers on the line to talk about any issues they are concerned about.”

At the end of the call, people will have the opportunity to leave a voicemail for the lawmakers which will be returned.
